From July 30 to August 7, 2025, the choral music festival celebrates its 25th edition in Vaison-la-Romaine (84). Organized every three years since 1953, the Choralies bring together over 14,000 festival-goers of some 20 nationalities over 9 days, and offer more than 60 concerts and 50 workshops open to all.
What happens at the Choralies?
Every morning: choose from 50 choral practice workshops, to progress together over a period of 1 to 8 days. These 50 or so ateliers are like temporary choirs, making the Choralies the largest choral training space in France. There are workshops for all styles, ages and levels, and everyone is welcome, from beginners to advanced singers.
Afternoon: Concerts by choirs from France and abroad offer a stage for choral music that you won’t find anywhere else. You can also take advantage of conferences and meetings in the “Forum”, before enjoying a choral aperitif in the “Village des Choralies”.
Every evening: the Théâtre Antique welcomes you for a unique experience: a giant choir of 4,000 voices joins yours, rising at sunset to enchant the stars. An extraordinary moment, followed by 8 top-flight concerts by top-quality choirs and vocal ensembles.
More than 3,000 singers have already signed up for the workshops, and 71 choirs have applied for the concerts! Don’t miss your chance!
