Choralies 2025 – Collection of personal data

The information collected on the online registration form is recorded in a computerized file by the À Cœur Joie association, 24 avenue Joannes Masset, 69009 LYON, France, to organize registration for the Choralies 2025 festival, the management of people and services during the event, participants’ membership of the association and their information concerning their rights and the association’s offers during the period of their membership. Participants are also added to the mailing list for the association’s public monthly newsletter, which gives them the option of unsubscribing at any time.

The legal basis for the processing is the contract.

The data collected will be communicated to the following recipients only:

Main manager : Association À Cœur Joie, Lyon, France.
Subcontractors : Antigone Communication, Bron, France (Internet registration module provider)

Data is kept for 4 years on the association’s member management system, or longer if the member renews his/her membership.
You may access, rectify or request the deletion of your personal data or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data to the extent necessary for the organization of the Choralies 2025 festival and the management of the association’s members.
