Vang Pedersen

Astrid Vang-Pedersen is a choral conductor and concert designer who developed the “Concert Design” method, completing her thesis on the subject in 2018 with The Royal Danish Academy of Music and Roskilde University. She is the artistic director of the Danish vocal ensemble Dopplers, known for its theatrical and communicative performances. Astrid founded the Ubuntusong project to promote cross-cultural understanding through singing. She designs innovative choral productions and regularly leads workshops on Concert Design, choral music composition, and arrangement.
