Verny

Pierre-Gérard Verny is a composer, arranger, teacher and choir director. He’s currently one of France’s leading experts in jazz choral music and related styles like gospel, Latin and pop.

He has won several competitions (La Défense, Crest, Florilège Vocal de Tours) and was even nominated for a “Victoires de la Musique” award with the vocal group SIX½. Pierre-Gérard has brought together and directed large choirs for French and international artists such as Didier Lockwood, Henri Salvador, Rhoda Scott, Richard Galliano and Michel Legrand.

Most of his works and arrangements are published by Éditions À Cœur Joie (France), with others available through Annie Bank Edition (Netherlands) and Sound Music Publications (USA).
