Guide to

Super Volunteer

Welcome to the Choralies 2025!

If this festival can exist, it’s thanks to you, the volunteers.

So thank you in advance!

As a volunteer, you’ll be at the heart and THE heart of the Choralies.

Volunteers set the mood and create a climate of trust that allows all festival-goers to make the most of their “Choralies experience”.

For this year’s edition of the Choralies, the festival organizers wanted to improve and reinforce the support provided to volunteers by providing you with “turnkey” resources to help you plan and help you once on the ground:

  • several online events to rediscover in REPLAY
  • documents to accompany you throughout the festival.
Volunteer Information

> If you don’t already have one, ask your department manager to contact him/her by phone, so you can interact with him/her if necessary.

There’s a dedicated space for volunteers atACAF, where you can relax in the shade and get away from the hustle and bustle of the Choralies Village.

If you have any general questions or need to contact a manager other than your own, please contact the volunteer service at the Village des Choralies or by telephone on the emergency number listed below under “Emergency Numbers”.

And don’t forget to subscribe to the festival’s Whatsapp channel: click here

In this meeting, we’ll take a closer look at the different types of venue that will be welcoming large numbers of visitors, and the rules of good practice that need to be put in place to ensure the festival runs smoothly.

This meeting is for all Choralies volunteers. Whatever department you’ve been assigned to, we’re counting on every volunteer to help create the best possible conditions for welcoming the public and ensuring the serenity of the festival.

The crowds, heat and fatigue of several days of festival work can lead to exhaustion and accident-prone situations. At this meeting, we’ll share with you the tools and basic rules designed to prevent and limit such situations as much as possible.
