Atelier rooms are allocated definitively around April, to take account of the ateliers’ attendance. It is therefore generally not possible to know in advance.
Registration is on an individual basis, whether or not you sing in a choir.
That said, if you are part of a choir, your choir can request a performance during the afternoon concerts.
Finally, youth choirs can register as a group and benefit from special rates.
Les Choralies is a non-profit, non-commercial festival. In compliance with the French tax authorities, participation in the workshops is reserved for members of the À Cœur Joie association.
The following are exceptionally exempt from this membership requirement, upon presentation of documents attesting to their situation:

Advantages of these options
If you would like to find your own accommodation, here are a few suggestions to help you in your search:
Vaison-la-Romaine is a very touristy destination, so it’s a good idea to use “greener” means of transport once attending the festival.
No, only the 5 and 8-morning ateliers (codes C and L) end with a final concert.
In fact, there is a special atelier for choral conductors: the Study tour.
Alternatively, if you’re looking for repertoire, take a look at the 1 Jour 1 Thème atelier. If you’d like to experience the work of a particular conductor, you can sign up for any atelier as a singer!
The schedule for the afternoon concerts will be announced around May 2025.
Tickets will be available online in late spring.
Workshops take place every morning (depending on your registration period) from 8.45 a.m. to 12.15 p.m.
You can do this by taking the “Concert Package”, which gives you access to concerts, meals and accommodation over 8 days, and makes you a real chorister without a workshop.
This rate is only available for the full duration of the Choralies.
If you don’t attend the full Choralies, you can’t register in advance or take advantage of the camping option, but you can :
You can find more information here in the “Content and duration of your registration” section.
Depending on your choice of atelier, the level and type of preparation will differ. Please see workshop details for details.
